Anuja’s practice covers the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law. She advises a wide range of clients including domestic and international companies, banks and diplomatic bodies. Her areas of expertise include protection of intellectual property rights, amalgamations, tax implications of commercial transactions, share purchase agreements, establishment of trusts and foundations, company insolvency, re-domiciliation of companies and foundations, data protection, protection of foreign investment, employment law, medical negligence and citizenship applications. Additionally, she appears before the Family Court in divorce and custody matters. Anuja also lectures on a part-time basis at the Open University of Mauritius. She is an MQA accredited trainer and regularly conducts training sessions in corporate law.
