Brinda’s core focus is on corporate secretarial duties and adherence to corporate governance within Temple on different structures. As the Head of Corporate Administration, her focus is on client servicing and ensure the highest standards within the Company. With her vast experience of more than 20 years in the financial services industry, she assists clients in setting up their domestic, Global Business and Trust structures in Mauritius. She also acts as Director on the Board of several client companies and lead a team of corporates to handle a well-diversified portfolio of clients. She also has experience by serving as Company Secretary to the Board of a government owned company. In addition to Mauritius, she has also handled structures based in Singapore, BVI, Hong Kong and Zimbabwe. She has extensive experience in compliance and AML/CFT laws which is an added advantage.
